You will only receive an order confirmation email if your order was successfully placed. If you think payment has been made or you may have entered the wrong email address, please contact us directly at [email protected], and our team will assist you.

Simply complete your order as usual then input your discount code during checkout to get your discount applied (if applicable).

Standard delivery (UK) for our products through Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. 

  • Orders up to £29.99 = £3.39
  • £30.00 – £49.99 = £4.99
  • £50.00+ = Free!

We pack all our items in boxes, and all standard size Pop! are sent in pop protectors. We’ll also add some bubble wrap to try and make sure they arrive with you in the condition they leave us!

For non UK customers post and packing costs vary, please contact us for details.

We strive to deliver all parcels within 48 hours after dispatch. However, during peak times, delivery may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with updated instructions and an expected arrival date. While we try to process orders promptly, please note that during busy periods, it may affect delivery times.

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and packaged at our warehouse, which means changes or cancellations cannot be made. For further assistance, please contact us directly at [email protected]. More info on returns can be found in our Refund and Returns Policy

We strive for accuracy when packaging orders, but mistakes can happen. If you’ve received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible for we can try and put things right. We will address your issue straight away to minimise any inconvenience.

We take care to prevent damage during transit, but issues may still occur. If your item arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately. Share any photos of the damage with us, and our team will work to resolve your query as quickly as we can.
