  • Items that have been used or damaged after receipt.
  • Items where the seal has been broken, such as hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included (where applicable).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

7. Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process. Please note that cancellation rights do not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
